8 Minute AMRAP
Working with a partner you will each complete a minute of the following before switching.  You will rotate back and forth between the two exercises for 8 minutes, or a total of 4 minutes each at each station.  Score will be total number of reps for you and your partner.
  • HandStand Push- Ups
  • Pull-Ups
Can't remember my reps! Grrr.
